ITCM - IT Cost Management

The main purpose of an ITCM platform is its ability to present total IT costs incurred by individual cost centers within the company. The word “total” means that all costs incurred as part of IT service are being counted and can be allocated to their appropriate cost centers thanks to the System.

Relations are defined using graph theory. Configuring cost allocation involves setting up allocation keys, cost carriers and cost types in node definitions. With graphs it is possible to outline many independent systems of relationships. Parallel relationship systems enable defining various types of such relationships, e.g.:

VoiceBot - Automated Customer Service

MPED VoiceBot with engine powered by

MPED VoiceBot is an IT system for making automated phone calls. It can replace or complement the work performed during customer service.  The solution we offer is integrated with a phone exchange using the SIP protocol, similar to the majority of Softphone applications. The system includes instances of AI robots fitted with modules for making calls, speech recognition and detecting speaker intentions. The system makes it possible to design a dedicated multi-level scenario to service the caller and obtain the required information from them. The data is entered in real time to an IT system, such as the CMDB repository of an ITSM system, then a ticket is created automatically. MPED VoiceBot employs the speech recognition engine by Techmo. Thanks to using high quality components, the VoiceBot can boast of a high efficiency in speech recognition and high realization rates of whole call scenarios. The ML technology-based engine was designed so as to also enable learning by using history saved in the Client’s systems.

Dane w czasie rzeczywistym wprowadzane są do systemu informatycznego, np. repozytorium CMDB systemu ITSM i automatycznie zostaje założony ticket. MPED VoiceBot wyposażony jest w silnik rozpoznania mowy firmy Techmo.
